Galvalume steel is also called Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Coated Steel, Zinc-alu steel, aluminized zinc steel (aluzinc steel), SGLC, The galvalume metal is composed of 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon solidified at 600 ~C. Its whole structure consists of aluminium-iron-silicon-zinc, forming a compact quaternary crystal alloy. The surface of the galvalume steel sheet is characterized by smooth, flat and gorgeous stars, and its base color is silver white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of galvalume steel sheet is up to 25a, and its heat resistance is good. It can be used in high temperature environment at 315 C. The adhesion between coating and paint film is good, and it has good processing performance. It can be punched, sheared and welded. The surface conductivity is very good.

Q: Are you factory or trading company?

Q: what is the length can you offer?
A: Theoretically, the length within in 6M are all OK. Because the roofing sheet are transported by 20feet container. And container length is 5.8M, so in order to take good advantage of container space, we suggest the length no more than 5.8M.
Q: What is the difference between PVDF & PE coating?
PVDF is the most advanced painting in construction industry, it is with high corrosion resistance and color retention, and the life time could last to 20-25 years. Currently, PE is the most widely-used painting in the color coated steel coils. It is characterized by good overall performance, and high economic as well.
Q: Can you provide the high strength roof sheet?
Yes, G550, with its yield strength over 550 mpa.
Q: How is the transportation?
A: Usually the roofing sheets are loaded in 20feet containers. It can take good advantage of container space. It is more reasonable.
Q: What is the loading quantity in 20ft containers?
A: Loading quantity is 25MT (Because of limit of container weight)
Q: How long time your paint will last?
A: The durable time will be different in different zinc, paint coating. Also different environment has different effect on the durable time.
